The Basic Medical Science Student Association( BAMSSA) organized a two-day Computer Based Test (CBT) Mock exercise for 100 level students on 24th and 25th of January 2020.

The CBT training exercise was aimed towards equipping and improving students’ skills on the use of electronic gadgets for various academic exercises particularly the University’s Computer Based tests and examinations.

Miss Ehizoyanyan Doris, the Vice President of the association told our correspondents that the program covers aspects of handling the computer during an examination, time management especially in courses that involves calculations, ease of tension during examinations and to promote academic performance among the first year students.

Before the training, a Google platform was created for interested 100 level students to register with 200 Naira.

The training kicked off on Friday, 24th of January at Lecture Room 4 (LR 4) with a total of 91 students in attendance.

The second phase of the program which was held on 25th of Jan by 1pm at LR 4 had 68 students in attendance.

A total number of 159 students registered, paid and participated.
