Whilst speculation continues that Barcelona will make a renewed attempt to sign Philippe Coutinho in January, there are also reports that Denis Suarez will be sold by the Blaugrana, something that’s frustrated the midfielder himself who feels as though no matter what he does on the pitch, he will always appear to be on the market.
The Galician midfielder has made just six appearances in LaLiga this term amidst rumours that Napoli would be interested in signing him in the winter.
“I feel that whatever I do, I am always on the market,” he explained in an interview with Mundo Deportivo.
“I do not want to leave Barcelona, I’ve said that for a long time.
“I want to succeed here, I have rejected a proposal to leave and the rumours aren’t coming from me.”
Suggestions that the former Manchester City playmaker is available for transfer have understandably left the 23-year-old concerned.
“I haven’t talked to anyone at the club about these matters,” he confirmed.
“I haven’t asked my agent to put this out there and I’ve never said I want to leave.”
