The English Premier league resumes after the international break.

The biggest news in the English football is the arrival of Jose Mourinho at Tottenham Hotspur. Jose was hired during the week after Spurs relieved the former manager, Mauricio Pochettino of his duties due to a staggering start to the season. The Argentine took Tottenham to the final of the European Champions League last season but things have not been looking good for the London club as they sit currently on the 14th position in the table.

All eyes will be at the Upton Park where West Ham United host Tottenham Hotspur in a London Derby. The new manager, Jose who is know to be a Winner is all set to bring and revamp the team.

The match of the weekend will be at the Etihad stadium where the defending Champions welcomes a young and firing Frank Lampard’s Blues.

City have not been the sparkling side we know them to be as they sit currently on the 4th position, 1 point below Leceister City and Chelsea who are on the 2nd and 3rd position respectively. On the other hand, Chelsea boost of a much energized side as they keep improving from the defence right to their attack week in week out. Will the masterplanner Pep be able to get this right and give the premier league another turn or Chelsea will continue their fantastic form with a win at the Etihad?

Attention will be on league leaders as they visit the Selhurst Stadium to play Crystal Palace. The Reds are in a comfortable position with 8 points after 12games winning 92% of matches played this season and have scored a total goal of 28 white they have conceded 10 goals from 12 games.Jurgen Klopp hopes to continue this fine run and land the Reds their first league title in over 20 years when they face former manager Roy Hodgson.

The 5th position, Arsenal host Southampton at the Emirates Stadium. The gunners have not had a convincing season so far as they have won just 4 games in the league so far. Unai Emery’s men will hope to bounce back to winning ways when they welcome the Saints at the Emirates.

Manchester United face the newly promoted Sheffield United.Man Utd will want to continue in their momentum for their top 4 charge when they face Sheffield at the Bramall Lane.
Sheffield, who are currently doing well in the league as they sit on the 5th position leading Arsenal with goal difference and ahead Man Utd with a point.

Brighton & Hove Albion sit at home to welcome the blazing Leceister City. Leceister City are on a wonderful run as they are winning games week in week out. Brendan Rodgers side fiery attack is tearing the league apart with 29 goals so far and have conceded just 8 goals this season. Can Brighton contain the Foxes?
