Dear congressmen,
We apologise for taking more time than promised to announce the results. At this point, we know that trying to explain the circumstances behind the late release would only make the situation more ridiculous, and we can only tender unreserved apology instead. But one thing we can promise you is that the delay was not intended. We hope that you do understand and forgive us.
Remember to attend the Presidential Debate at the Auditorium on Monday, and to vote judiciously on Tuesday. Do enjoy the results.
